Windows 10 Home does allow using remote desktop, but it is limited in functionality. You cannot remotely control a PC from another device on the same network. This option is readily available in the Windows 10 Pro.
However, there are various applications like TeamViewer and TigerVNC, which offer you the same remote desktop features as that of Windows 10 Pro, and even more than that.

Memory Limits
Another major difference between Windows 10 Home and Pro is the memory limits between both. With Windows 10 Home, users can go up to a maximum of 128GB of RAM, whereas Windows 10 Pro allows users to use up to 2TB of RAM.
Business Features
What separates Windows 10 Pro from the home is the business side of the Windows 10 Pro. Windows 10 Pro does offer various business and management-related features that can be helpful if you are running a business.
Features such as mobile device management, group policy, assigned access, dynamic provisioning, Kiosk node setup, support for Active Directory, support for Azure Active Directory, Windows update for business, enterprise state roaming with Azure, and Microsoft Store for business are available in Windows 10 Pro. These features are not available in Windows 10 Home.
